I am a statehouse reporter at the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette, the largest newspaper covering the Natural State. Within my job, I cover the state’s top public officials and their political campaigns, with a focus on criminal justice issues.

In the past my work has appeared in major newspapers including the Philadelphia Inquirer, the Philadelphia Daily News, the Miami Herald, the Sacramento Bee and the Kansas City Star, among others. Prior to studying journalism at Temple University, I lived in southwestern Connecticut, where I helped launch my high school’s newspaper.

In my free time, I can be found falling down Wikipedia rabbit holes.

On this site you will find links to my published works and a copy of my resume. If you are interested in reaching out please see my contacts page.
